Hi..I wanna inform to everyone..

after u wake up the first u must do are drinking a glass of water..wait for 30-45minutes..u may go ahead ur breakfast

Breakfast menu must have a good nutrition like havermout..milk or bread

in a week u must routin do ur exercise,simple way is jogging, gym and any sports u like

so..ur body more defense from disease..and may your life be longer
